The Uber pick up has been moved to the far side of the airport car park which is really difficult to get to and to find as signs are inadequate as is access for the disabled.
The disabled and family queues should be separated as the disabled cannot stand for a long queue. It would have been quicker to use the standard queue! Not as easy as it once was for the disabled to navigate this airport

Awful, 1 hour plus queues in the winter, very slow very bad arrivals every time. Portugal need t9 sort their places out!!!

A terrible experience for our departure flight. Confusing layout with poor layout. Up snd down escalators. Security is a joke and very disorganized. Hardly a world class facility.

Came through Faro Airport at 8.30 am for a flight at 10.55. Security was busy but the end of the queue for passport control was all the way past the hand luggage security lanes. I had thought that this bad was only a one off but going by other reports it is an ongoing occurence. Same issues - not enough staffed gates open and the e gate lanes openong and closing seemingly at random and at one point all were closed as it was unmanned. I spoke to one of the border cotrol staff and they said that this was actually the worst he had ever seen. In the end it took us 1hr and 40 mins - the cafes and shops were deserted as no one had enough time to buy anything.

Vi erano divisioni nette tra i due gates e non era possibile raggiungere i vari negozi tra cui Victoria Secret.
Sono rimasta molto delusa dalla mal organizzazione dell'aeroporto, il peggiore in cui io sia mai stata!

2 hours to get through passport control on arrival 1 hour to get out, worst airport I have used for many a year. Holiday lovely, great hotel but will not be returning due to farce of on airport! Should be zero stars😔

Nice new airport. Security staff excellent. Very badly served by the unpredictable Immigration service who seem to ignore the queues that occur when planes land. They often just close up and leave. UK ( third country) passport holders may wait 3 minutes or 3 hours and there is no way of predicting it! I luckily am EU (Irish) so generally less of problem. Unfortunately this issue is making a great airport notorious. I now hear of people flying to Seville to avoid the messing in Faro. Carzey stuff!?

Chaos in arrivals last night . My husband is in his 70’s and has cancer I asked if he could go thorough the priority desk , I was told no because your from the uk you can’t , I explained that we had been told to go through that desk but she wasn’t listening.She said I’m not hear to talk to you and said get back in the other queue,which we did . Then another airport worker came and tokd me to take my husband into the priority . It still took an hour and a half to get through. Appalling airport

It took us 2 hours to get through passport control after landing. There were 4 passport control desks to start with. But despite the large number of people queueing they decided to close 2 desks, which just makes no sense. The management need to plan better when they're expecting large numbers of people

Appalling! Over an hour ti get through passport control. No separation of EU and non EU passengers. For God's sake even if they have to stamp UK passports since Brexit how long does this have to take? No staff guiding the thousands of tired and anxious passengers. It's only a matter of time until someone has a cardiac arrest in the suffocating crowds and heat. For a supposedly modern country it's an embarrassment. Unacceptable and without excuse. I'd give it negative stars if I could.

The worst airport I've even been to. Absolute chaos at arrivals. Hundreds of passengers all bottle necked no partitions to walk through. Everyone Just pushing through. We were there for 90mins getting to passport control. No toilets or staff around. Then we got to the baggage belts. At least 3 flights to one carousel. I thought my bag was lost but someone had pulled it off and moved it to the side. Nobody tells you and no staff around to ask. Was there over 2 hours. Coming home was better organised though. I would suggest air tags for luggage I will use in future. I also would give it no stars if I could. I've never seen a worst airport

Worst airport I have travelled through too small for the amount of travellers going through it not enough passport control desks open waited 1hr 20 to get through at first we couldn’t find our baggage when we finally got through as the carousel has changed to an Air France one disgraceful waiting times , security isn’t much better again not enough lanes , toilets were disgusting looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days, won’t be going to Portugal again , I would give it no star if I could

Nous venons de récupérer notre voiture au parking P3 et pour 15 jours nous avons payé 135 euros !!! Avant c'était 5 euros par jour !!! Trop cher !!!

Don't use if you can avoid it. No passport staff. Very busy. Queues horrendous.

We arrived on Monday the 4th July to total out of control situation, crowds of people just moving towards a barrier for passport control. No divisions in site, no staff, could easily of been a stampede with people getting crushed. Absolutely no order

we came back from faro airport portugal last week using the new FAST TRACK SYSTME ! WOWO AMAZING HOW QUICK TO GET THOUGH SECURITY INTO DEPARTURE LOUNGES ,,AMAZING THE REST OF EUROPE NEEDS TO LIFT ITS GAME TO GET ANY WHERE NEAR THIS SPEED .

MAJOR LETDOWN AT MANCHESTER ARRIVAL OVER 1 HOUR TO GET LUGGAGE AFTER EARLY ARRIVAL !!!!
