This is all about assisted travel.
We had prearranged our assisted travel through Tui, but this was almost non-existent at the airport. My husband needed a wheelchair as he suffers Parkinsons and I have a heart condition which means vigorous activities are not good for me. Once we had checked in (which took 20 minutes standing), We were told to join a long queue of around 100 metres - (yes, 100 metres) to register for the assistance required before we could sit in the yellow assistance seating area. I had to sit my husband down before I joined the endless queue of frustrated passengers. I stood in the que for 45 minutes and then became concerned that our flight was starting to board in 5 minutes. I had to wave for attention and was then led to the front of the queue to await help. Instead of a wheelchair my husband and myself were asked to follow someone on foot through to customs which we did but my husband was a quivering wreck after the long and stressful walk and I had to try to contain my exhaustion to remain in control. Once through customs we were seated and told to wait for the buggy to take us to the gate. This eventually happened and we were dropped off at the end of the boarding queue for our flight. No-one helped us any further and we were the last ones to board the plane. My husband has problems with sideways movements, so he struggled to get down the isle and to his window seat. We had to ask people to move and both of us were shaking with the stressful trauma experienced such time that we were seated. The whole experience was horrendous and both of us felt traumatized after the event. We now feel that we can never fly from Palma airport again, so our cruises and holidays from and in Mallorca will never happen again! The thought of it terrifies us!

We are just back from Majorca, a lovely place called sa coma it's long journey from the Airport but worth if all goes well. I have been coming here over 12 years. I found Palma Airport disgraceful. We were just treated like cattle in Market . We checked in ok. When we got to the Passport control was the problem . They have you queuing at these stupid E gates that dont work. 3 gates for Europeans and 20 Gates for The U.K And they just dont care . For Familes and The Elderly go to a desk and get Passports checked . That doesn't make sense. Not only that . They let certain people in the Queues tovgo to the Desk. Not Fair. It should be all the same. We all have to get home. My Husband is 75 and we were just waiting at these Stupid E Gates . If you are going to have Systems then they should be working properly. We nearly missed our flight. We wont be going back to Palma Airport . It's a pity because I liked sa coma . Very Stressful Experience indeed. This is Off-Peak time .

Personnel incompétent et désagréable. Très déçue! A vous dégoûter de revenir à Majorque.

Vi landade på kvällen vid kl. 21:30 och det var massor med taxi bilar , med ingen ville köra oss till Palma de Mallorca , för att i familjen finns 2 små barn, som här räknads som VUXNA MÄNNISKOR!
Vi var tvungna att ta stadsbussen istället!

Tout est bien indiquer le personnel bienveillant mais l aéroport est gigantesque..

What a poor experience. Passenger comfort obviously not a priority for management. Virtually no public seating most flights delayed an hour due to weather so airport overcrowded with people sitting on the floor. If tourism is so important to Mallorca it is time you respected your customers and provide adequate seating areas. Not an airport I want to visit again in a hurry. Will my rather negative review make any difference? I doubt it.

Pagato 45€ tragitto aeroporto fino A Palma ladri veramente

För stor. Kändes som jag gick upp o ner o fram o tillbaka. Dålig luft. Sen efter alla steg så får man gå ut o åka buss fram till flygplanet.

Ho preso aereo della easy jet alle ore 18 del 02/08/2022 per napoli ed al controllo biglietti,personale sgarbato e maleducato nei confronti dei turisti , un vero schifo non sono degni di avere il turismo dimenticavo sono anche imbroglioni attenzione quindi chi viene a palma di maiorca

Racisme de l’équipe de sûreté ( surtout une chef blonde ) palpation violente inadmissible pour un aéroport on m’a conseillé de déposer plainte mais heureusement majorque c’est magnifique

The only gripe I had at this airport was that it felt difficult to walk from the check in desk to the departure gates because I am elderly. I was pleased to find out that they do look after elderly and infirm passengers very well.
