Blue Panorama Airlines is a regional Italian low-cost and charter airline. The airline flies to destinations in many different countries, among which destinations along the Mediterranean Sea and the Carribean. The carrier is also known as blu-express, which is actually the low-cost part of the airline and mainly operates short to medium-haul flights. Soon, the airline will change its name to Luke Air.


Blue Panorama Airlines is since 2015 part of the Uvet Group and has about 500 employees. The airline collaborates with main Italian tour operators. Blue Panorama Airlines has a codeshare agreement with the Albanian airline Albawings.


The airline was founded on 3 September 1998 in Rome (Italy) and became a member of IATA in 2002. In October 2012, the airline almost went bankrupt but restructured itself. In October 2019, the airline decided that it wanted to rebrand its name to Luke Air.
