History
EasyJet was founded in 1995 by the Greek Cypriot businessman Stelios Haji-Ioannou. In 1998 the airline extended their operation to Switzerland and took a stake in EasyJet Switzerland which was formerly known as TEA Switzerland. In 2017, just after the Brexit referendum, easyJet launched the European subsidiary easyJet Europe.

Baggage
Passengers traveling with easyJet can take one piece of hand baggage with them onboard the aircraft. EasyJet Plus passengers or passengers traveling with a flex-ticket or passengers that bought an extra-legroom seat can take an additional personal item with them onboard. In-flight Wi-Fi
EasyJet has no Wi-Fi onboard their aircraft but will start a trial on a couple of aircraft based in Geneva in the near future.
