French bee is a French low-cost carrier which executes long haul flights mainly to Central America. The airline wants to ensure that passengers will receive the best and complete customer service possible.
The airline is part of Groupe Dubreuil, which is also the parent company of Air Caraïbes. Sometimes French bee operates flights on behalf of Air Caraïbes.

The airline French bee was founded in 2016 as French blue. At the beginning of 2018, the airline changed its name to French bee.
- French bee changed its name from French blue in 2018, because the US Department of Transportation did not allow French blue to fly to the United States as the name was too similar to the American airline JetBlue.

French bee passengers are permitted to bring a cabin bag with a maximum weight of 12 kg on board the aircraft. Passengers can bring an additional personal item. The amount of checked baggage that travellers are allowed to bring depends on their travel class. Passengers travelling in BASIC need to pay an additional fee in order to bring checked luggage on their flight. In SMART travel class, customers can bring one piece with a maximum weight of 23 kg while PREMIUM passengers are allowed to bring two pieces of each 23 kg.
