Jeju Air was founded in 2005 as a joint venture between Aekyung group and the government of Jeju Island.
Passengers flying with Jeju Air are permitted to bring 1 piece of cabin luggage and 1 personal item with them free of charge. The amount of allowed checked luggage depends on the travel package. Passengers flying with a ‘fly’ package need to pay an additional fee to bring a piece of hold luggage with passengers with ‘fly bag’ or ‘fly bag +’ can bring a piece of luggage free of charge.
