Organization
Neos Air is a full subsidiary of the Italian tour operator Alpitour since the airline took over TUI’s shares in the airline. The airline operates from three bases in Italy, Milan Malpensa Airport, Verona Airport and Bologna Airport.

History
Neos Air was founded in 2001. It derived from a joint venture between the Italian tour operator Alpitour and the German tour operator TUI. The airline started its operation in 2002. In 2004, Alpitour bought TUI’s shares in the airline which made Alpitour a full owner of Neos Air. At the end of that same year, Neos Air started operating long haul flights.
