Paranair is a Paraguayan airline that operates flights from Paraguay to several South American countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru and Uruguay.
The airline is owned by two investing companies, Inversiones en Lineas Aereas Internacionales and Avmax Group Inc, with each a 50% stake.

Paranair was founded in 2015 as Amaszonas Paraguay by the Spanish airline Air Nostrum and the Bolivian airline Amaszonas. The airline operated its first flight under that name in September that year. Later, in 2018, the airline decided to separate from the Amaszonas Group and changed its name to Paranair.
The airline does not offer in-flight Wi-Fi services.
