History
Vistara was founded in 2013 as a joint venture between the company Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines. Until mid-2014, the airline was known as Tata SIA Airlines Limited.
Baggage
Passengers in Economy Class can bring 1 piece of cabin luggage with a maximum weight of 7 kg while Economy Premium Class passengers can bring 10 kg of baggage and Business Class passengers can bring 12 kg of luggage. For checked baggage, it is allowed to bring 15 kg as Economy Light or Economy Standard passenger while Economy Flexi and Premium Economy Value passengers can bring 20 kg.
