XiamenAir is one of the larger Chinese airlines which flies from China to destinations in the country and to destinations in Europe, Asia and North America.
XiamenAir is for more than the half owned by China Southern Airlines and for a minor part by Xiamen Construction and Development Group and Fujian Investment & Development Group. XiamenAir has one full subsidiary: Hebei Airlines. In addition, Xiamen has in Jiangxi Air a majority stake.

XiamenAir was founded in 1984 to connect the province Fujian to other parts in China.
Economy Class and Business Class passengers can bring 1 piece of cabin baggage with a maximum weight of 5 kg on board while First Class passengers can bring 2 pieces of cabin luggage with each a weight of 5 kg. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers can bring at least 20 kg while Business Class passengers can bring 30 kg. First Class travellers are permitted to bring 40 kg of baggage.
