Whatever "billi" is, it doesn't work. No seating for waiting. Tiny areas with nothing to do but stand. Atrocious!

Worst experience ever. Airport totally not organized, very rude staff.

Very negative experience. On the airport site it Is written that voyagers can go to the Airport Covid test point with or without appointment and have a test. Arrived to the Covid point, I could not have test, as I was without appointment ( this was the answer I received, despite the site indications). Worse aspect of the experience is that for hours nobody in the Airport helped me to find any alternative solution , while the solution existed and was to go to Bordeaux center, to Pharmacie Le Capucins, where You can have test 7/7 without appointment. I did It, but I can’t say that the experience in Bordeaux Airport Is recommended.
