Curitiba Airport is located in the south of Brazil in the state of Paraná. Curitiba Airport is named after Afonso Pena (1847 – 1909), the sixth president of Brazil. Curitiba Airport has been expanded and renovated in recent years. Today, the airport is known as one of the best airports in South America. The airport is operated by CCR Aeroportos and consists of one terminal and two runways.
