Dallas Ft Worth American Airlines wheelchair transport employees are a joke. So rude. They don’t speak English but they won’t let you finish a sentence to explain what your issue is or tell them where you need to go. We had three wheelchairs in our party. My two elderly parents and me. I am disabled. My autistic son was also traveling with us. It was very important that we all stayed together because they would get nervous if they were separated from me. We had one guy (I wish I would have gotten his name) who came in and saved the day with one wheelchair after witnessing one of the cart drivers being extremely rude to my son and my parents and me. He is the one who actually told me to write this review because he said he is tired of the way that man treats people and the truth is the cart driver is the same guy I deal with every time I go through Dallas. He’s rude. He doesn’t listen. And he almost runs people over while you’re on his cart. Then he stands over my 83 year old father while I had my back turned and insisted on a tip. It was a horrible experience all the way around.

Walking in on crutches with a sprained ankle, I was pleasantly surprised when an employee jumped to my rescue offering a wheelchair and took us through the airport from the very front door of Dfw, through security all the way to the gate with true red carpet service… I was sad because I had no cash on hand to tip him but he was gracious saying it was unnecessary. Thank you Mohammed Osman Abn! May all your days be blessed!
