Latest airport reviews
The domestic part of this airport renders money and time spent to acquire TSA Precheck status useless. The longest line complicated with inefficient and RUDE workers makes this airport the worst I have ever been through. Going through this airport is nerve wrecking; some of the TSA Employees look for what to steal from your luggage— like your perfumes and lotions, claiming they’re more than 3 ounces even though the same 5.4 ounces lotion has been through airport screenings in three different countries including Atlanta International the past two weeks. Very disappointing!!!
I had clear plastic suitcase cover all my luggage, and when I arrive to my final destination my clear plastic cover wraps was missing off of my suitcase. I don’t understanding why because I didn’t have any type of lock on it and it was secure on there. They could have easily taken it off for inspection and placed it right back on but instead they kept it and did not return it. That was my property that I paid my hard working money for, no letter or reason why my property was not returned to me. It was a disregard for my property and that’s not right.
The workers at IHOP were great. The ABM lady at the bathrooms greeted everyone and cleaned well. There are no comfortable sitting areas outside and past the checkpoints. It needs a more welcoming and comfortable sitting areas beside the hard cemented sitting area. The carpeted areas were not accessible on level.
Frontier was the most accessible and least busiest terminal.
