Latest airport reviews
Worst airport we have travelled through. The whole set up was appalling and very limited services. Once you are through security there is a tiny cafe area and very small duty free shop. Hundreds of passengers, seated everywhere including the stairs and only two people serving in the small cafe area and two in the shop. Once through passport control for the gate there was a tiny coffee shop area. Not enough facilities for the volume of people going through. Website and in the airport - information is unclear. Logistically wrong and chaotic as a result.
CHAOS. Queued over 3/4 hour to get through passport control where staff were very friendly but also very slow. Meanwhile the gate was closing. We had joined the queue as soon as we were told to go to the gate. No organisation only 2 passport stations open and a free for all with people on later flights pushing in front of the queue. Very stressful experience. Then flight missed it's slot and now sat here waiting for an hour before we can leave. A little organisation on behalf of the airport could avoid this.
Small Airport which is very Chaotic, before passport control there is a Self service restaurant, with a good array of food, and a outside viewing platform to look at the Planes and the Mountains.
My flight and many others, were delayed for 1Hr due to a German computer glitch, so I’m glad I didn’t go through to Customs control.
When I did it was very crowded, with just a couple of small bars and little seating
