Got to say worst airport a have been to machine took my money and never gave anything I went to info desk they said they can't help a asked other staff they were so arrogant towards me seemed like they are racist against British i would never come to Italy again I thought it was meant to be a nice place but this airport put me right off am going to tell all my social media followers to avoid this place if a could it would be minus 5 stars
We parked our car at p6 smart which is connected by a free shuttle to the terminals. At our return we didn’t know were the shuttle stop was, there was no specific information at the terminal, nor in the booking email, nor online. The organization sucks.
Terrible experience with the Tax Free Office Official last night. We went to the office located after passport control as the one before security was closed. Waited 10 minutes for the guy to come with his food/shopping (no sign to tell you he'd be back soon). He then proceeded to shout at myself and my daughter telling us we should've used another office at check in. We tried to explain we hadn't needed to check in (hand luggage only) but he just kept shouting and was really rude and intimidating. He demanded the passport & boarding pass and to see the purchased item, ignored me when I asked for a pen to use and refused to give me his name. I attempted to make a complaint about him at the Information Desk but they were unable to locate a complaints form.
A really bad experience with very unprofessional staff
