Validissimo il collegamento con il treno dal centro di Palermo, ma poi ci si ritrova nel caos più totale. Scarse indicazioni, personale scortesissimo, file kilometriche al controllo bagagli , con varchi che aprono e chiudono in modalità random provocando spostamenti di folla.... I controlli poi di una lentezza esasperante!!! Personalmente mi è stato confiscato con gran disdoro da una solerte quanto straffottente "controllora" un vasetto da 150 g di salsina (dubito sia stata gettata...) e sono stata sottoposta a tampone mani e piedi. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni, mi è stato risposto (neanche dirlo) con sufficienza: lei non si preoccupi, sappiamo noi che facciamo! Naturalmente il risultato del tampone (droga? esplosivi? alopecia?) mi ha consentito di proseguire il percorso verso l'imbarco, ma prima ho dovuto "rifare" i bagagli...sia mai ci fosse stata un'altra leccornia sicula! Al gate scarsissimi posti a sedere, zero colonnine ricarica cell... Dimenticavo: i bagni fanno pena. Ho visto un buon numero di aeroporti, ma questo è senz'altro il peggiore

The airport is very small. The main problem is that the staff of the airport will not let you in the waiting area until 1 hour prior to the departure time.

There is no waiting area in the airport, so people have to wait for the security check outside the airport or without a place to sit.

Then they start letting people in in a hurry, with too little space inside to pack your bags after the security check. It would be better if they were letting people in in advance, so that there are no cues and rush while packing back your belongings.

That is not the first time I fly from here, it is organized like that all the time.

I have been many times through IST. I cannot walk long distances with 10kg carry on and a laptop and IST is inhumanly huge. I need only an electric buggy to take me from arrival gate to immigration, not a wheelchair. Yet, there are no airport provided services to meet and assist, according to IST airport, other than 240+ Euros per person for private VIP service providers that include lounge access, and many other things I do not need. How could an airport get a Gold Rating which is not accessible to slightly disabled people? I didn't even know it was legal. Any trip through this airport is unbearable. Hope you do not need to eat or drink anything - you will need a bank loan. The staff are rude, especially the initial security screening. Turkish Air says ecigs can be brought on board - so but the security staff confiscated all I had with me for my trip. Hope they enjoyed them. The help chat is completely useless. The WiFi has been commented on here so I won't go into that. Read other reviews - its horrifying and shameful that the Turkish government could build such a useless and expensive facility. And to think Skytrax gave them a gold rating - I wonder what they charged for the Gold Award. So much for their credibility. I can't avoid going through the ghastly place but if you can, even if the airfare is a bit higher avoid at all costs.

Ho avuto un problema dimenticando le chiavi nella cassetta dei controlli, alla sera ho chiesto ad un addetto ai controlli se avessero trovato le chiavi e nel giro di 5 minuti mi sono state consegnate, devo dire che il personale è molto efficiente e disponibile a risolvere tale problema. Ringrazio e sono piacevolmente sorpreso

We were traveling through Miami from Minneapolis-Saint Paul to and from South America. Travelers need bathrooms, places to eat, places to sit and charge phones until checkin, and clear signage to figure out where to go. This airport is deficient on all counts. It is also really spread out and most airports have moving sidewalks or trains to get you between concourses. Here: Nada. On top of that staff were rude and half of the bathroom stalls were out of service.

Accueil extrêmement désagréable si l’on peut appeler ça un accueil. Ayant obtenu nos visas payé déjà plus cher via internet on nous a obligé à faire la queue pour donner en plus 5€ chacun !
Pas de wifi. Impossible de joindre quelqu’un puisque nous sommes restés en mode avion et que pour avoir 15 minutes de wifi on vous envoie un code pas sms. Du jamais vu. On vous réclame de l’argent partout et pour tout. Même pour prendre une navette entre les 2 « terminal «  20€ pour 2 kms !!!!

I went to Oman for the first time, from london with flight WY 102 on the 17th of December, 2022.

I left muscat for dhaka on the 21st December 2022 at 130am with flight. WY 315.

For this flight to dhaka, On the skybridge, I entered, on my way to the plane. When I was there in the middle, I took a left (being a seasoned traveller), instead of going straight, since I was, and generally travel business class. The gentleman working there, loudly said to me “hello” and pointed his hand (didn’t even say or ask anything) towards the economy line, like I was some lesser mortal or creature. I looked at him like “what’s up, what do you mean?” And then he asked “you are in business? “ I said “yes”. Then let me go.

It would be good and civil if they politely asked passengers instead of making automatic and bigoted assumptions on what class someone may travel, based on how someone looks, or being condescending.

Emailed the airport twice on this but no response as yet.

Vergognoso! Al di la di tutte le recensioni sopra riportate che concordo pienamente... ma, 1 mesetto fa circa siamo arrivati da un lunghissimo viaggio carichi e stanchi quindi mio cognato è venuto a prenderci e per non farlo fermare visti i vari divieti, ci siamo messi in un piccolo spiazzo ed appena ci ha visti non ha nemmeno spento la macchina, ha apero il cofano per mettere le valigie ma neanche in mezzo secondo abbiamo sentito e visto con un autoparlante una macchina dei vigili che ci comunicava che li non si poteva stare e che oltretutto ci sarebbe arrivata una multa. Ci siamo catapultati in macchina, ma senza scherzi non siamo stati nemmeno 1 minuto fermi, con le valigie addosso pur di toglierci immediatamente da lì...
Morale dopo 20 giorni circa mio cognato (non vigile urbano ma finanziere) ha ricevuto una bella multa di ben 120 euro!
Spero almeno che ne facciano buon uso!

Buongiorno, sicuramente sono ordini ricevuti, ma tengo a segnalare che in data oggi 17/03/23, dopo aver ritirato la mia valigia al nastro 2 di ritorno da Atene alle 10e30 con volo Aegean, la mia valigia risultava rotta, o meglio sfondata. Mi sono recato all'ufficio bagagli danneggiati, dove il personale ha accertato il danno, ma per aprire la pratica serviva l'autorizzazione del Sig. P.che in automatico ha rigettato su "fai la denuncia sul sito" come non sappiamo come andrà finire. A questo punto teniamo solo l'ufficio oggetti smarriti, visto che non è la prima volta che mi accade.

Crowded lines, not enough Employees helping customers. Confusion everywhere. Changing flight departures by an hour and no notice to customers. Dallas FW needs process restructuring. The building is great. Figure out how to make it work for people.

U flew March 11th through jet blue went to gate 19 to spoke to ... and she was the worst customer service complaining about how she was at work since 4am and it was only 11am she showed no compassion making Jet blue look really unprofessional talking her personal business on a floor she was not trying to help me at all and didn’t care to what I had to say matter need to be taken and i will make sure their are consequences.

They have no disabled services at all. I advised mum needs help to her seat thinking they would have a lift to the door but no 2 men will carry her I was told. Very rude and disrespectful staff working there! It’s stupidly expensive.

Do NOT stay in the airport if you are transiting through, transit passengers are restricted to an area with no food or water until just under an hour to boarding time. The officers are very unhelpful and the reason for this detention was never made
clear. So if you are transiting, arrange to leave the airport if you can, if not come armed with food and water.

This was the worst airport experience in 20 years of traveling in Europe. To change flights it took us 40 minutes walking with our suitcases (1 bus and 1 train), at 9:00 p.m. all the few cafes were closed, there were only vending machines. All the reviews say so but the staff is ridiculously rude.

As a world traveler having visited 182 independent countries in 45 years I must render my opinion. How in the world can we design and construct a port for the future. An airport lacking a prime and number 1 feature, which is ramps to embark and disembark the aircraft. I’ve difficulties swallowing that. I’d prefer an explanation. Otherwise “though small” the terminal is beautiful, classy and convenient.

Aeroporto di Treviso è il fratello minore, non nel bene ma solo nel male, di quello di Bologna, se li conosci li eviti! ma purtroppo a volte non puoi farne a meno! Troppo piccoli per il numero dei passeggeri, anche nei periodi di bassa stagione, persone sedute per terra ovunque, bagni insufficienti, aria pesante e viziata alla faccia del propagarsi dei virus. Chi di dovere dovrebbe farli chiudere fino ad adeguamento, gli aeroporti più intelligenti hanno approfittato del lungo periodo di look down per farlo.

Je voyage très souvent au départ de Lyon.
La fermeture du T2 rend les choses très difficiles. L'enregistrement au T1 est long, des queues sans fin au risque de louper son vol, même en venant 2h30 à l'avance pour un vol vers Bruxelles, c'est limite.
Les agents du contrôle de la sécurité se prennent pour ce qu'ils ne sont pas jouant les cow-boys. Disgracieux, négligents, irrespectueux, voire agressifs. On a l'impression d'avoir à faire à une bande de salariés, là pour freiner le système et pas le faciliter. La conception du T1 n'a pas été bien conçue, on monte et on descends tout le temps. J'ose à peine parler du contrôle des passeports - surtout lorsque l'on voyage à l'intérieur de l'espace Schengen.....On débarque de l'avion, on monte un escalator, le contrôle automatique - lorsqu'il fonctionne, et là encore, on doit redescendre pour récupérer les bagages. Une perte de temps inconcevable.
Je trouve que pour une ville aussi orgueilleuse et pretentieuse, son aéroport n'est pas à la hauteur. Des détalles de couloirs sans tapis roulant, sauf un lorsque l'on arrive de la gare.
Un salon grand voyageur hors de prix, même pour les fréquents flyers, business etc.
Un élément positifs, la navette Rhône Express, rien à dire
