Terrible airport the toilets are disgusting In these covid times you would have thought someone would clean them once in a while what’s the point of enforcing mask wearing when the toilets look like they haven’t been cleaned for a week dirty paper on floor. Food very expensive and rubbish with miserable staff behind counter they need to up their game.

Pathetic service. Long queues with hardly any staff around. Or those that are around having a chat and laugh while literally hundreds of people are queueing up everywhere. Checking in took an hour, passport control another hour. Such a waste of time all due to nobody managing anything. Never seen an airport like this.

Quick and friendly service at the check-in and control, but horrible Lounge bar (Listino Prezzi). Dirty glasses for the wine, all the cutlery and the cups were from plastic. Very unfriendly service!!
