Latest airport reviews
Maybe this airport will not be appreciated much by those used to travel in big, fancy terminals full of shops. However, in the last months, the management finally started the refurbishment this airport needed and the terminal starts looking much better. Once the constructions will be completed, the terminal will have a new Arrivals Hall (opened in September 2018), a new Departures Hall (to open in November 2018) with shops and bars and two additional gates, along with other services such as a Business Room. There is certainly room to improve but people need to understand that small regional airports don't have the resources to do miracles. Pescara is doing the maximum possible, expanding the network and reinvesting revenues in the refurbishment of the terminal. I'd recommend the management to install at least one self-service check in desk to solve the problem of lack of staff
