No seatingin departing gates. Massive crowds doing covid in departures. People sitting on the floor. No covid checks on arrivals.

Airport is basic with poor facilities post security.
Our biggest concern was on-going transport. We bought a return coach ticket to Florence. On our return trip the coach was stopped outside the airport by armed police and diverted to the Pisa Mover station where we had to leave the coach, cross the carpark, use 2 lifts and queue to purchase a ticket back to the airport adding 30 minutes, some walking distance(we had heavy cases) and a great deal of stress to our journey. This is a ploy to increase user numbers and ticket revenue for the Pisa Mover...be aware!!!!!!
