Train Leonardo Express to Rome – BUY TICKETS
The Leonardo Express is the fastest travel option between Rome Fiumicino Airport and the city, you can make use of this non-stop train service 365 days a year. A journey to Rome’s main railway station takes 32 minutes. The Leonardo Express departs every 15 to 30 minutes from the airport and Roma Termini (platforms 23/24). Tickets are available online through the website of Trenitalia and at both railway stations (+ € 1.00). Children between the age of 4 and 12 can travel for free, one child for each paying adult. Children under 4 years always travel for free. Online tickets for the Leonardo Express have been validated and are valid for 90 minutes from the time communicated on your ticket. Tickets without date and time must be validated at one of the green validation machines before boarding. If you want to transfer to another mode of transport in Rome, you have to buy an extra ticket for € 1.50. It is also possible to pay your Leonardo Express ticket with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro and Apple Pay at the entrance gates of Fiumicino Aeroporto railway station. Train and metro to Rome
The regional train FL1 offers a frequent service between Rome Fiumicino Airport and the city, but does not offer a direct connection to the main railway station Roma Termini. FL1 runs every 15 minutes to and from the major train stations in the south and east of Rome. You can reach the centre of Rome by taking the train to Roma Ostiense (32 minutes). Here it is possible to transfer to metro line B, the journey from metro station Piramide (near Roma Ostiense) to Roma Termini metro station via Circo Massimo, Colosseo and Cavour takes 7 minutes. TIP: Don’t wait till the last moment, book priority tickets for the Colosseum, Forum Romanum and Palatine Hill.

The price of a ticket for the metro is € 1.50, you can also buy a ticket for 1 day (24 hours = € 7.00), 2 days (48 hours = € 12.50) or 3 days (72 hours = € 18.00). In addition, the regional train FL1 stops at the train stations Roma Trastevere (27 minutes), Roma Tuscolana (41 minutes) and Roma Tiburtina (47 minutes). The price of a train ticket is € 8.00 per person. For each adult, one child between the age of 4 and 12 years can travel for free. From Rome Fiumicino Airport to Porto di Civitavecchia Cruise Port?
Take regional train FL1 to Roma Trastevere, where you can change to a regional train heading to Civitavecchia. The total journey time by train is approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. From the train station in Civitavecchia a walk to the cruise terminal takes 10 minutes. Traveling by taxi from the airport is much faster (50 minutes) and more comfortable, the taxi fare is about € 125.

Fiumicino Express to Naples and Caserta – BUY TICKETS
It is not possible to travel directly by train from Rome Fiumicino Airport to Naples, you will have to change trains at least once. This is not the case when you book a transfer through Fiumicino Express. Fiumicino Express offers a direct connection between Rome Fiumicino Airport and Naples in Campania. Travel time is approximately 3 hours, Rome Ciampino Airport and Caserta are the only two stops. You can also book a ticket to Caserta and take your time to visit the beautiful Royal Palace of Caserta. The airport’s bus stop is located at Terminal 3, the final stop in Naples is Metropark Bus Terminal next to Naples main railway station.
