Horrible experience would be very kind description. Arrived 2.5 hours prior to flight. Upon arrival, was told to wait in agent assist line for Delta by an employee. After about an hour of waiting & only moved to the halfway point. Then another employee told me I didn't need to be in this line & to go to the self tag station. My tag didn't print & was told they would print me one at the desk. Had to wait 40 minutes in that line. Once I got to security, I had 20minutes til boarding. Got to the security checkpoint in 30 minutes. To where a TSA agent older black male, short hair was yelling and being aggressive towards travelers. Their was a back up on the conveyor belt because you can't stack or remove the trays, so I had to wait another 5 minutes til I got my belongings. Lucky I made flight on the last boarding flight. Hire more staff, hire more competent staff & hire more customer service friendly. It seemed nobody care & had attitude

Took my son to airport, he was leaving the state. I did not know that those who aren't flying can no longer go through security to wait until the passenger takes off. We were separated and was told to get a pass so i could wait with my son and say goodbye when his plane departed. It turns out they don't give those passes anymore for security reasons and i thought i wouldn't be able to see him. I talked to the tsa agents in the security line, they radioed to have him come back so he can hug goodbye and take pictures. After many people calling on their radios they found him and led him back outside security so we could visit before he left. They also made sure he got back to his plane before it boarded (he was 1st class so boards early). Im so grateful to all the employees who helped me be able to say goodbye to my son.
