Train to Strasbourg

Via a covered pedestrian walkway, you can get easily from the terminal to the train station of Strasbourg Airport (Gare d’Entzheim-Aéroport). Here you can get on the shuttle train to Strasbourg central station (Gare de Strasbourg-Ville). Strasbourg Airport is well-connected with the city centre by public transport, a train journey takes 9 minutes. A TER + CTS ticket costs € 4.70, which allows you to travel from the airport via the central station to any place in Strasbourg by bus and tram. This ticket is valid for 90 minutes and can be obtained from the two ticket machines at the exit of the terminal.

If you only want to go to Strasbourg’s main railway train station, it’s more economical to buy a cheaper ticket at the blue SNCF ticket machine at the train station. The price for a single trip is € 2.80, take into account the vending machine on the platform only gives instructions in French. For children from 4 up to 11 years tickets are half the price, children up to 3 years travel free of charge. From Monday to Friday, a shuttle train departs to and from the airport every 15 minutes. You have slightly fewer travel options on weekends and public holidays. Please consult shuttle train Strasbourg Airport and timetable shuttle train for more information.
