The worst ever airport you could ever experience in your life
Unbelievably horrible airport, never had a worse experience. People running all over the place trying to make connections because the security and USA customs were disorganized and poorly run. Only to find when they get to the gate they missed the flight. Just unbelievable.
This airport has been getting worse and worse. It's become common practice to hold passengers on planes for hours after landing. There is no organization or enough staff and the staff that are "working", don't look like they're doing much. After waiting 3hrs to deplane, we got inside to find staff just standing around, directing no one! WTF Pearson, get your shit together!
