Il peggior aeroporto mai visto nella mia vita. Personale arrogante, poco qualificato che si diverte a vedere turisti in difficoltà buttandogli di tutto senza neanche chiedere un documento per poter entrare ma trattati da criminali, mia figlia di 6 controllata e palpata cose se fosse una criminale. Le hanno buttato senza pietà rossetti e lucidalabbra di piccolissime dimensioni facendola piangere a singhiozzi e loro che tra di loro ridevano. Sono dei veri esaltati.

Parking area it’s how governmental organisation hack money from you! When you are traveler you don’t know that they have short and long terms not tariffs but “parking”! They steal up to several thousand euros for parking for two weeks if you go by mistake to another area

Grande potenziale, pessimi servizi. La cosa peggiore forse la scortesia del personale addetto ai controlli di sicurezza.

It is sad that an airport of this size and quality does not offer long term parking! I understand that they are constructing a parking lot for long term parking but no one responds to messages as to the posible completion of said parking lot.

Aux toilettes à proximité de la réception des bagages, il faut également payer 1 euros.
Le principe et le prix sont scandaleux par eux-mêmes. Mais les modalités le sont encore plus.
Il faut donc d'abord payer par carte.
Ensuite, on reçoit un ticket et le tourniquet se déverrouille. Il est pratiquement impossible de le franchir avec un bagage. Ensuite, pour sortir, il faut scanner le ticket.
A l'heure des questionnements écologiques, chaque personne qui doit aller aux toilettes se fait donc imprimer un ticket. Quel gaspillage.
C'est du grand n'importe quoi!

Aeroporto pessimo.Sporco e mal organizzato. Personale di terra scortese e che rasenta la maleducazione. Assistenza ai disabili e agli anziani imbarazzante. Per fortuna io vivo al Sud.

I recently travelled through Melbourne Airport, and my knee replacement set off the alarm. The border force officer was extremely rude and every other member of staff in other airports , there was no problem as staff obviously ca.e across this before, and let me pass through the body scanner no problem, however just to be an ass , I was then subjected to a full body scan which he took his time with, it seemed he was trying to annoy me . As I was walking away I could swear he said idiot under his breath. . I couldn't see a name badge but he was a fat guy with a poor excuse for a goatee beard ..
I have travelled to Australia from Scotland since 2003 and if I could find another way to get to Melbourne I would take it customer service has not improved 1 bit

Like other reviewers have said, extremely rude staff. We got to security, and we did everything as usual. Turns out we were using a security tray line that was closed and we didn't notice it. From the other line, a security man started shouting in German. We don't speak German. He kept being rude and unnecessarily shouting, because I had a knit cardigan and he wanted me to take it off. I speak English and told them so, no need to be this rude. One security female seemed to tell him he was being rude, but it was said in German. The rest of the staff did absolutely nothing, did not care. Do not expect to be well treated if you cannot speak German.

In fase di controlli, quindi ispezione delle valigie e bagagli a mano, abbiamo beccato una signora davvero maleducata e razzista, nel vero senso della parola (addetta al controllo sicurezza, con capelli rosso/bruni, magra e alta): senza alcun motivo ci ha urlato contro in spagnolo, e pretendeva il linguaggio solo nella sua lingua, ma per fortuna è stato un’episodio in cui poi, alcuni dei suoi colleghi ci hanno poi trattato bene. Un consiglio per i viaggiatori: se beccate queste persone arroganti, è giusto fargli notare che non ci si comporta così. Bisogna essere trattati con rispetto, quando il rispetto da parte del cliente è stato reciproco. L’aereoporto di Lanzarote ci fa una pessima figura a mettere a lavorare persone del genere, dato che è grazie ai turisti che prendono lo stipendio.

Small Airport which is very Chaotic, before passport control there is a Self service restaurant, with a good array of food, and a outside viewing platform to look at the Planes and the Mountains.
My flight and many others, were delayed for 1Hr due to a German computer glitch, so I’m glad I didn’t go through to Customs control.
When I did it was very crowded, with just a couple of small bars and little seating

I had clear plastic suitcase cover all my luggage, and when I arrive to my final destination my clear plastic cover wraps was missing off of my suitcase. I don’t understanding why because I didn’t have any type of lock on it and it was secure on there. They could have easily taken it off for inspection and placed it right back on but instead they kept it and did not return it. That was my property that I paid my hard working money for, no letter or reason why my property was not returned to me. It was a disregard for my property and that’s not right.

I can tell what happen to me. You will never believe me. Spended 7 hours in different rooms and 7 people asking me the same question: my father name, grandfather name, checked my phone and after I was completely naked then I entered the country. I’m still shocked.

One of Europes most horrible airports, crowded, dirty and noisy. Hard to find a seat. Security was unfriendly, almost brutal. I was forced to remove a tight golden bracelet that caused bloddscratches on my hand. After that the very bastant and unfriendly security woman tossed my clothing around, carefully reviewed my boardingcard and passport, telling me to close my mouth.
I travel a lotta and I will never go to Teneriffe again

Credo sia l’unico aeroporto dove non c’è acqua da comprare al duty free. È vero ci sono al une macchinette automatiche, ma anche quelle fuori uso!!!
Inaccettabile che un aeroporto che accoglie ogni giorno decine di migliaia di persone non abbia un servizio così basico come l’acqua.

Gente che lavora per fare imbarcare la gente, alle biglietterie, e alle reception, maleducate cafone, donne che si sentono bene nel vedere che non sei partita per co,pa di 2 fototessere, risate in faccia. Vergognatevi

Security is brutal slow, train people when it's super busy, ground crews super unorganized! Used to be good, at one time, gone down hill bad! For an airport of this size, terribly run!!

C'est un aéroport low-cost, il ne faut pas attendre luxe et confort. Mais il y a ce qui est indispensable. Les queues peuvent être longues au contrôle de sécurité et surtout au contrôle passeport éventuel (selon la destination). Toilettes payantes landside mais pas airside sauf à l'arrivée des bagages. Le T2 est moins bien équipé (pas de journaux). Il faut parfois marcher sous la pluie entre l'avion et le terminal. Pour aller à Bruxelles, le bus est le plus pratique (il arrive à la gare du Midi). En voiture, compter plus ou moins 50 minutes, davantage aux heures de pointe. Les parkings de l'aéroport sont assez chers. Il y a des parkings privés moins chers mais plus éloignés.

Validissimo il collegamento con il treno dal centro di Palermo, ma poi ci si ritrova nel caos più totale. Scarse indicazioni, personale scortesissimo, file kilometriche al controllo bagagli , con varchi che aprono e chiudono in modalità random provocando spostamenti di folla.... I controlli poi di una lentezza esasperante!!! Personalmente mi è stato confiscato con gran disdoro da una solerte quanto straffottente "controllora" un vasetto da 150 g di salsina (dubito sia stata gettata...) e sono stata sottoposta a tampone mani e piedi. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni, mi è stato risposto (neanche dirlo) con sufficienza: lei non si preoccupi, sappiamo noi che facciamo! Naturalmente il risultato del tampone (droga? esplosivi? alopecia?) mi ha consentito di proseguire il percorso verso l'imbarco, ma prima ho dovuto "rifare" i bagagli...sia mai ci fosse stata un'altra leccornia sicula! Al gate scarsissimi posti a sedere, zero colonnine ricarica cell... Dimenticavo: i bagni fanno pena. Ho visto un buon numero di aeroporti, ma questo è senz'altro il peggiore

The airport is very small. The main problem is that the staff of the airport will not let you in the waiting area until 1 hour prior to the departure time.

There is no waiting area in the airport, so people have to wait for the security check outside the airport or without a place to sit.

Then they start letting people in in a hurry, with too little space inside to pack your bags after the security check. It would be better if they were letting people in in advance, so that there are no cues and rush while packing back your belongings.

That is not the first time I fly from here, it is organized like that all the time.
