Very grumpy and unhelpful staff,who seemed bored or not bothered about their customers,couldn't get to answer a simple question, intact was threatened,there was no wifi whatsoever and couldn't get my plf form.Paid had one done and arrived in UK still not got my Covid day 2 test kit after paying £98.99?The worst airport I've ever come across.
