Amman Queen Alia Airport is a very modern airport south of the capital, it’s the main base of Royal Jordanian and Jordan Aviation. The airport was officially opened on March 14, 2013, a week later on March 21, 2013 scheduled flights departed for the first time from Amman Queen Alia Airport.
