Fck Scammers

AWFUL!!! 21st century, china (purposely not capital letter) is proud how people pay with faces and palms and airport of their capital is lacking basic things.
1. Lady at the unitedcash or whatever is the name is a scammer, I was supposed to receive 28rmb for an exchange, she said the fee is 13 and that I can receive 15rmb which I ofcourse declined. I hope people will make rou jia mo from her family members and charge 1rmb,she isn't worth more.
2. Airport has ONLY chinese plugs so unless you let those rats scam you for money exchange, you probably won't be able to charge your phone.
3. Restaurant choices are awful, horrible, chinese overpriced junk (noodles for 60rmb).
4. If you somehow get lucky to be able to charge your phone, you have to stand like an idiot.

Wouldn't recommend it even to my enemies, whoever is in charge of this airport should let people throw rocks at him, 2 hours per day.

During my recent transit through Beijing Capital International Airport, I experienced an unfortunate but ultimately reassuring situation that I would like to commend the airport police for handling with professionalism and patience.

After arriving very sleep-deprived and navigating the immigration process for a 24-hour transit visa(which was straightforward and efficient) I made a mistake after collecting my luggage. I accidentally left my mobile phone, passport, and boarding passes behind. Due to stress and a language barrier, explaining the situation was challenging, and I was directed to the airport police station for assistance.

Despite the communication difficulties, the police officer assisting me was extremely patient, calm, and determined to help. Using a translation app, they took the time to understand the situation and worked diligently to locate my belongings. It took several hours, as my items had been placed on a trolley that had been moved, but throughout the entire process the officers remained supportive and reassuring.

Thanks to their persistence and professionalism, all of my belongings were eventually recovered. I am deeply grateful for their help and compassion, especially considering that the situation resulted from my own mistake. Their conduct reflected a high standard of care and service, and it made a stressful experience far more manageable.

I would like to sincerely thank the airport police for their patience, dedication, and support.
