Save time and avoid queues at the airport by checking in online
Since some years it is possible to check in online. Airlines have chosen for online check-in, because it saves a lot of money, the big advantage for passengers is time-saving. Previously, you always had to check in at the counter at the airport, now it is also possible back home in front of your PC, laptop or tablet. Instead of the queue at the airport, you can transmit your personal information through the airline’s website or app. After following the steps of the online check-in procedure, you can print out the boarding pass.
Online check-in will cost you not more than a few minutes per passenger, you must only ensure that you will be at the security check at least half an hour before departure. At the security check and when boarding the plane you must show your boarding pass, in most cases this is now an A4 paper or QR code instead of an old-fashioned ticket. In the future, tickets may be completely abolished and a passport or ID card will be enough to board the plane.
