Bus to Burgas
Bus number 15 offers a connection from the airport into the centre of Burgas, the bus stop is located in front of Departures Terminal. The bus runs through the city centre to the main bus station of Burgas (South Station). The bus station is located in the southern part of the city centre, next to the main railway station. Travel time to the terminus is around 20 minutes. You can buy a ticket from the bus driver for only 1.30 BGN (€ 0.66). Bus to Sunny Beach and Nessebar
It is possible to travel from the bus station in Burgas to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. However, you must first take bus number 15 or a taxi to the main bus station in Burgas to do so. Or you choose to walk from the terminal to the bus stop in Sarafovo, this takes 6 to 7 minutes. A bus ride to Sunny Beach takes 50 minutes from Burgas and 35 minutes from Sarafovo, Nessebar is one of the stops on the way to Sunny Beach. A bus ticket for a single journey costs 6.00 BGN. Nessebar is just south of Sunny Beach (Slantsjev Brjag), the historic part of Nessebar is situated on a peninsula and listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
