Train to Barry, Cardiff, Bridgend, Port Talbot, Neath and Swansea

Close to the airport is Rhoose railway station, where you can catch a train to various places in Wales. Bus service 905 runs between the airport and the train station, once an hour in both directions. Bus service 304 is another option, also once an hour. Travel time is 8 minutes and tickets cost £ 1.00 per person. Trains run every hour from Rhoose Rail Station. On Sundays you have fewer travel options, by both bus and train. From Rhoose Cardiff International Airport railway station you can reach Barry (8 minutes), Cardiff (34 minutes) and Bridgend (26 minutes) quickly.

A single ticket to Cardiff costs £ 5.20 for adults and £ 2.60 for children from 5 up to 15 years (Anytime Day Single). From Bridgend railway station you can take the train to Swansea, on its way it makes a stop at Port Talbot Parkway and Neath. The journey time from Rhoose to Swansea, the second largest city in Wales, is 1 hour and 20 minutes including one change. The price of a train ticket to Swansea is £ 9.80 for adults and £ 4.90 for children from 5 up to 15 years (Anytime Day Single).
