Casablanca Mohammed V Airport is the international airport of Morocco’s largest city. The city was founded in 1515 by the Portuguese, at that time the village was called Casa Blanca (White House). The locals usually speak of ‘Casa’, the abbreviation for Casablanca. Casablanca Mohammed V Airport is Morocco’s busiest airport, consisting of two terminals and two runways. The airport’s train station is located between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
