Bus number 226/226A (Cork Airport Shuttle) operates between the airport and the city, every half an hour from Monday to Saturday and every hour on Sundays and holidays. In the city centre you can get off the bus at South Mall and Cork Bus Station (Parnell Place), the journey time to this bus station is about 25 minutes. Cork Railway Station (Kent Station) is the last bus stop of bus number 226/226A and can be reached in 30 to 40 minutes. The price for a single journey is € 2.80 for adults and € 1.70 for children. Tickets are available from the bus driver and online through the official website. If you want to use public transport in Cork more often, it is cheaper to buy a reusable plastic Leap Card.
