General information

Doha Hamad International Airport is one of the busiest airports in the Middle East, opened in 2014 and home to Qatar Airways. The airport consists of one terminal and two runways, it is popular among travellers flying to Europe and Asia via Qatar.

The airport is located in the east of the capital of Qatar and can be reached by car via the F Ring Road.

How many terminals does Doha Hamad International Airport have?

The airport has a very modern terminal consisting of a central hall, Concourse A, Concourse B, Concourse C, Concourse D and Concourse E. After security, you will reach the boarding gates and the iconic artwork Lamp Bear on foot. If your flight departs from the D or E gates you can hop on the APM Automated People Mover which will take you to the north side of the terminal in 90 seconds. There are ten rows (1 to 10) of check-in desks at the airport, the first two rows (1 and 2) on the right are reserved for Qatar Airways Premium Check-in First & Business.
