Dublin Airport is Ireland’s largest airport, it handled 34.6 million passengers in 2024. The airport has two terminals, most flights are operated by the Irish airlines Aer Lingus and Ryanair.
Where is Dublin Airport situated?
The airport is located north of the Irish capital. From the city you can take the N1 towards the airport, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are accessible via exit 2 of the M1 motorway.
How many terminals does Dublin Airport have?
Dublin Airport consists of two terminals, namely the older Terminal 1 and the newer Terminal 2. The boarding gates of Terminal 1 can be found in Pier D (Gates 100), Pier A (Gates 200) and Pier B (Gates 300), the boarding gates of Terminal 2 are located in Pier E (Gates 400). The terminals at Dublin Airport are connected to each other, Terminal 1 is home to Ryanair, Terminal 2 to Aer Lingus. Gates 101-121 are primarily used by Ryanair. After the security check in Terminal 1, it’s a 10 to 15 minute walk via the Skybridge to these boarding gates.
