Worst case scenario: as a frequent traveler I've never ever seen such a horrible airport. Very badly managed. I will never travel again through this airport again on a Saturday in summer.
2 check in counters for every airline. No business class section.
People are queuing until the outside of the airport.
I was there 2 hours before the flight.
Then after queuing for 1hour before the security check like chickens in cave with 35 degrees without aircon you get stopped as they only have 2 security screens for at least 800 passengers.
They only can do flight per flight.
No water as the machine was out of service..
All flights were delayed out of this.
Unacceptable conditions..

Unfortunately, we don't speak French. On our way back to Strassboug we had 2 suitcases - one was 21.6kg and the other 17.5Kg. The woman at the desk didn't speak English. So she can't explain to us this problem. We would have expected that employees at an airport are capable of speaking at leats a bit English. But, unfortunately not. This was a really annoying experience.
