General information

Glasgow Airport is the second most used airport in Scotland after Edinburgh Airport. Many flights to and from Glasgow Airport are operated by easyJet, Jet2 and TUI Airways. Dublin Airport and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol are the most popular destinations. The centre of Glasgow can be reached by train, bus or taxi. There are several excellent hotels near the airport.

Where is Glasgow Airport situated?

Glasgow Airport is located west of Glasgow, near the city of Paisley. By road, the airport is easily accessible through the M8 motorway, the busiest highway in Scotland. You will reach the airport via junction 28 from the east or junction 29 from the west.

How many terminals does Glasgow Airport have?

The airport has two terminals, one large terminal (T1) consisting of three piers/concourses and one much smaller terminal (T2). Terminal 1 is the main terminal, Terminal 2 is located to the right-hand side of the main terminal. The check-in desks can be found in both terminals, the security check is located in Terminal 1.
