Hyderabad is the capital of the Indian state of Telangana and the largest city in India after Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. Hyderabad and Secunderabad used to be two cities close to each other, the “Twin Cities” have grown so much that they have become one big metropolis now. Hussain Sagar Lake is located on the border of both cities. Hyderabad Airport is a modern airport with one terminal and one runway. Hyderabad has many sights such as Chowmahalla Palace, Salar Jung Museum and Colonda Fort. The impressive Charminar Mosque is located in the middle of the city, it is the symbol of Hyderabad.

Hyderabad Airport has one terminal, it is one of the most beautiful in India. A major expansion (Additional East Area) and renovation was completed at the end of 2023, the terminal’s capacity is now 34 million passengers per year. The terminal consists of three floors, Aero Plaza is on the ground floor, Arrivals on the first floor and Departures on the second floor. International Departure/Arrival can be found on the right side of the terminal, Domestic Departure/Arrival on the left side.
