Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport is a modern airport named after Adnan Menderes, a former prime minister. The airport has two runways and two terminals. Turkey’s fifth largest airport in terms of passenger numbers is widely used by Pegasus Airlines, SunExpress and Corendon Airlines.
