After two difficult years (2014 and 2015) caused by the war in Eastern Ukraine, passenger numbers are growing again at Kharkiv Airport. In 2019, the airport handled more than 1 million passengers in one year for the first time in history. The majority of the flights to and from the airport are operated by low-cost carrier SkyUp Airlines.

Kharkiv Airport is located in the Slobidskyi Distric south of Kharkiv, also known as Kharkov. You can reach the airport via the M03 and ‘Aeroflotska Street’.
How many terminals does Kharkiv Airport have?
The airport has three terminals, from north to south: Terminal A, Terminal B (VIP) and Terminal C. The modern Terminal A, built for the European Football Championship 2012, is the only one used for passenger flights. The old and heritage-listed Terminal B is now only used for VIP and private flights. Terminal C is reserved for maintenance and cargo.
