General information

Kunming Changshui Airport is a modern airport in the southwest of China, it opened its doors in 2012. Kunming Changshui Airport is the replacement of Kunming Wujiaba Airport and is nowadays one of the busiest airports in China. Kunming is the largest city in Southwestern China after Chengdu and Chongqing, serving as a hub between China and Southeast Asia (Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam). Kunming is the capital of the province of Yunnan. The airport has one large terminal and two runways, most of the flights are operated by China Eastern Airlines, Kunming Airlines, Lucky Air and Sichuan Airlines.
