I flew from Southend Airport on 15th July, had never been there before. I arrived early for my check-in, but nobody said the airport didn’t open until 2pm. Not a soul to be seen. This was down to Ryanair, who should have informed their passengers.
Maybe a sign on the door by the airport staff too. Having said that, I found the staff really lovely and friendly, especially David who helped me at the Special Assistance desk, he was great.
Also a lady called Wendy was nice too. I liked the smallness of the airport, but please guys, notices on the doors and Ryanair, tell us what’s happening please .
