Old building, uncoftable chairs, low food option nd no vending, no smoking areas even in the lounges
Relly noise airport too.. Worst i ever been
Passing through this airport rn. Staff extremely unfriendly and total lack of empathy. My girlfriend was taking a domestic flight but hers was delayed by 4 hours! Now I’m trapped on the international side and they won’t let me back through so we can hang out these next 3 hours before my flight. We’re literally sitting on either side of a glass wall. I’ve never been in a n airport where they literally hold you hostage. Insanity what if people change their minds, I guess you can’t here. The lack of remorse is the worst I get rules exist but to have the security guy tell me to fuck off and that no one cares was unbelievable.
We had a recent flight to Colombia, this past July 2nd-8th. What started great end up a total shit show....delayed by what seemed like negligence from the Airport Jose Maria Cordova in Medellin, as well as the airline. Between one and the other, plus the "Air Fair" they were hosting in the next 2 days, we got stuck in the plane after boarding almost 3 hours, only to miss all of the connections and on top of that Copa personnel informed us that the next flight was 2 days later and they couldn't cover any expenses because according to them it was the airport alone who was to blame. After all the long, stressful, tiring experience, we got home almost 30 hours later, sleep deprived and more than a thousand dollars less in our pockets, from buying tickets from other airlines to get us home as soon as possible. You should all be more respectful and mindful of peoples time and lives. We DO NOT CARE for an Air Fair, you should no play/gamble with our time, DO IT ON YOUR OWN TIME.
The bathrooms had no paper, I reported it to the cleaner and she just kept talking on her cell phone....and I speak spanish so not like she did not understand. me. :(Needs to be better cleaned and the boarding area seats were very dirty.. check in staff were nice and efficient
High traffic & basic services. In the international departure section there is just one men's bathroom with no toilet paper. 5/10
