The airport is located in the southwest of Turkey between the cities of Milas and Bodrum, hence the name Milas-Bodrum Airport. The modern airport has two runways and two terminals, and is growing in popularity among holidaymakers. The airport is located exactly between Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport and Dalaman Airport (Marmaris, Fethiye and Ölüdeniz).
