Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport is the international airport of Minneapolis-Saint Paul (Twin Cities) and the largest airport in the Upper Midwest consisting of the states of Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, North Dakota and South Dakota. The airport is a hub for Delta Air Lines (Terminal 1-Lindbergh) and Sun Country Airlines (Terminal 2-Humphrey). Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport is home to low-cost carrier Sun Country Airlines, providing connections to sunny destinations. From the airport Minneapolis is accessible by metro and Saint-Paul by bus, you can also opt for a taxi.

Where is Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport situated?

The airport is located close to the Mississippi River, Minnesota River and Mall of America, south of Minneapolis and southwest of Saint Paul. By car, you can reach the airport via Highway 5.

How many terminals does Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport have?

The airport has two terminals, namely Terminal 1-Lindbergh and Terminal 2-Humphrey. Terminal 1 consists of Concourses A to G and is used for the majority of the flights at Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport, including Delta Air Lines. The terminal has several floors, the most important are Level 1 Arrivals (Baggage Claim), Level 2 Departures (Ticketing/All Gates) and Level T (Tram/Ground Transportation). The walking distances are long at Terminal 1-Lindbergh, you can save time by using the skyway walkway between Concourse G and Concourse C and Concourse Tram between gate C1 and gate C27.

Terminal 2-Humphrey consists of Concourse H and is Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport’s low-cost terminal, used primarily by Sun Country Airlines and Southwest Airlines. The terminals are a few kilometres apart, you can make use of the METRO Blue Line for free to travel between the terminals.
