Montpellier Airport is after Toulouse Blagnac Airport the busiest airport in the region of Occitanie (Languedoc-Roussillon-Midi-Pyrénées). The airport, also known as Montpellier Méditerranée Airport and Fréjorgues Airport, is close to Montpellier and the seaside resorts.

Montpellier Airport is located in the south of France, southeast of Montpellier. The busy A9 motorway is close to the airport, you can reach the airport via exit 29 ‘Montpellier-Est’ of the A709.

How many terminals does Montpellier Airport have?

The airport has one terminal consisting of two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the Arrivals hall (Arrivées A/B) on the right and the Departures hall (Départs C/D, check-in desks and security check) on the left. The Montpellier Airport information desk is located between the Arrivals hall and the Departures hall. When you walk out of the Arrivals hall you will find the taxi rank, bus stop and offices of the car rental companies on your left.
