Probably one of the most inefficient and non-customer friendly airports in the world.

Currently standing at the airport, waiting for luggage to appear. Apparently it is handled by AHS company. Everyone has gone, they are bringing up skis one by one with long time intervals. The handling of other baggage was also unbelievably slow. 5 bags at a time, big time interval. We have always had a good experience at Munich airport before. AHS's desk is not manned either, a surly looking woman with their logo dismissed our enquiry and walked off. We landed an hour and a half ago from a direct flight and it is not even that busy here.
