Worst airport in my lifetime and I'm 64. Had wrong information on timetable and no announcements for change in times. NINE passengers missed their flight. Airplane sat outside terminal, no attempt to contact pilot. No apologies, just rudeness and bullying from staff. Appalling behaviour. Might never visit Poland again because this

You will be better off to avoid this airport unless you are a white Caucasian. We have been offended with a racist comment by the airport staff and phisically attacked. The criminal charges will follow.
The Lawica airport management and the Border Control have investigated the incident dishonestly.
