A journey to A Coruña takes 50 minutes, to get to Vigo you need 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Bus and train to Santiago de Compostela, A Coruña, Vigo, Pontevedra and Ourense
Public transportation in the city and surrounding area is operated by Tussa. From the airport, bus line 6A leaves in the direction of Os Tilos / Estación Intermodal Santiago de Compostela, via the centre of Santiago de Compostela. Bus line 6A between the airport and the city replaced the bus service of Empresa Freire, responsible for bus transport from Santiago de Compostela Airport to Santiago and Lugo until December 2020. It takes 35 minutes to the centre of Santiago de Compostela (Praza de Galicia) and 40 minutes to the city’s railway station (Hórreo Estación bus stop).
Buses run every 20 to 30 minutes all days of the week between 07:00 hours and 23:00 hours. One-way tickets cost only € 1.00 and are available from the bus driver. Children up to the age of 18 can travel for a reduced fare and pay € 0.55 for a bus ride from the airport to the city or vice versa. You can also buy a ticket for 10, 20 or 30 bus rides called Bono. If you choose this option, the price for a single journey (maximum 60 minutes) is only € 0.60. A Bono card can be bought on board the bus and costs € 3.00, this amount will be refunded when the card is returned, but only if it’s in good condition. A Coruña is accessible by train from Santiago de Compostela, La Coruña-San Cristóbal railway station can be reached in 30 to 40 minutes. The price for a single journey ticket is about € 7.00. If you are heading to Vigo, you can catch the train at Santiago de Compostela railway station to Vigo. Travel time by train is 55 minutes (Renfe MD) to 90 minutes (Renfe Regional), the price for a single ticket is about € 10.50. Approximately every hour a train leaves in the direction of Vigo, known for the fishing and car industry. On the way, trains always stop in Pontevedra, after 35 minutes (Renfe MD) or 55 minutes (Renfe Regional). A train ticket costs approximately € 7.00 per person. If you want to go to Ourense, you can also opt for the combination bus and train. The Renfe high-speed trains AVANT and ALVIA take travellers from Santiago de Compostela to Ourense in just 40 minutes. Tickets for these trains are slightly more expensive. Monbus to Lugo
It is possible to travel directly between the airport and Lugo, a beautiful walled city with approximately 100,000 inhabitants. The Roman walls of Lugo are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From Monday to Friday, a bus runs seven times a day between Santiago de Compostela Airport and the city, with fewer travel options on weekends. The price for a one-way ticket is € 9.25. Unfortunately, a bus journey takes a while, a ride to ‘Estación de Autobuses’ in Lugo takes 1 hour and 50 minutes. Tickets are available from the bus driver and ticket counters.
