General information

Sydney Airport is the largest airport in Australia in terms of passenger numbers. It consists of three terminals and three runways. About 50 airlines offer flights to and from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport. The airport is mainly used by Australian airlines Qantas, Virgin Australia, Jetstar Airways and Rex Airlines.

Where is Sydney Airport situated?

Sydney Airport is located south of Sydney’s city centre. From the city centre, you can reach the airport by following the M1 (Eastern Distributor).

How many terminals does Sydney Airport have?

The airport has three terminals, one international terminal (T1) located on the west side of the airport and two domestic terminals (T2 and T3) located on the east side. The terminals are connected by the T-Bus Service (free of charge) and the train Airport Link (8.60 AUD).
